I've got a tried and true method of getting stuck back off, or for one I don't have the correct tool for, epoxy. Never has failed me. A good two part epoxy on about an 8" piece of wood. Mix up about a dime size spot and stick it on the back of the watch. Manually winding the crown on my Navitimer with in-house B01 movement feels quite stiff, especially as the main spring reaches half to two-thirds of its reserve, compared to other movements including that in my modern Rolex Sub. Winding the B01 is not a silky-smooth, tensionless affair by any means.

And now again it is losing about 15s/ day. A friend of mine also bought a b01 navitimer and it lost 2 mins a day. When pressed, the chrono resets itself not to zero, but a second or two off. Usually it pops back to the 2 second mark. Sometimes it reverts back to the proper zero, and it seems to sometimes (rarely) it pops back to the 59 second mark. Not good.
